If you’ve lost or misplaced your card, you can temporarily deactivate it any time in the Lili app. Just go to the app menu and in the Lili Card Settings submenu, turn off "Transactions are allowed". If you later locate your card, you can reactivate within 48 hours from the time it was first frozen. If it’s been more than 48 hours, contact us at support@lili.co or call us at 855-545-4380
