- How can I put money in my account?
The easiest way is to deposit funds into your account is by receiving an ACH transfer from your payer. Just go to the menu section in-app. Select “Add Money" and then click on "ACH Transfer."
External banks allow transfers to Lili from their websites and apps. You will need to look for the transfer option and add your Lili routing and account number. You can find the info easily by entering the app menu section "Add Money" and then click "My Bank Details."
You can also link an external bank account you own to your Lili Account (see below for a list of supported banks) using the Lili app menu under "Add Money."

Simply go to app menu. Enter “Add Money” section, then click “ACH Transfer”. Follow the instructions provided to set it up. - How do I transfer money from my Lili account to another account?
You can only transfer money to a linked external account. Go to the app menu under the "Actions" section and click on “Send Money.” - How do I find a fee-free ATM?
With your Lili card, you can withdraw cash for free at over 32,000 ATMs across the US and Puerto Rico. Open the ATM locator in your app to find the one nearest to you. The ATM needs to be part of the MoneyPass network. For any ATM withdrawals outside of this network, there is a $2.50 fee. For any withdrawals outside of the United States, there is a $5 fee. - Can I make wire transfers with Lili?

Unfortunately no, we don’t offer checks at this time. - What is Early Payment?
Thanks to our Early Payment feature, your money becomes available in your Lili account up to 2 days sooner than if you were banking with a traditional bank when you’re paid via ACH transfer. - How do I deposit a check into my Lili account?
Now that’s an easy one! In your Lili app, go to Menu / Add Money / Deposit Check. Enter the amount, then take pictures of the front and the back of your check. Make sure to place your check on a dark, solid background. And don’t forget to endorse it in the back. Your check will then be reviewed and your money will become available within 3-5 business days.
To be able to deposit a check, you must receive at least $200 in ACH transfer payments per calendar month and the account must be at least 30 days old in order to access check deposits (go here for more details). - How do I search for a transaction when using Lili's Web App?
Sign into the web app (https://app.lili.co/login) > go to the left panel and choose Transactions. The large window to the right provides a list of the transactions in the account. That list includes the date, name, status and amount of the transaction. If you would like to filter for a specific kind of transaction, click on the small filter button found just above and to the right of the list. You'll have the ability to filter based on the transaction type, transaction amount and date.
