- How can I put money in my account?
The easiest way is to deposit funds into your account is by setting app direct deposit from your payer. Just go to the menu section in app. Select “Add Money" and then click on "Direct Deposit."
External banks allow transfers to Lili from their websites and apps.
You will need to look for the transfer option and add your Lili routing and account number. You can find the info easily by entering the app menu section "Add Money" and then click "My Bank Details."
You can also link an external bank account you own to your Lili Account (see below for a list of supported banks) using the Lili app menu under "Add Money." This option is limited to $200 per day and $1000 monthly.
We support the following banks: Bank of America, BB&T, Capital One Financial, Charles Schwab, Citigroup, Citizens Financial Group, Fidelity, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Navy Federal, PNC Financial, Services Group, SunTrust Banks, TD Bank, U.S. Bancorp, USAA, Wells Fargo.
- How do I set up Direct Deposit?
Simply go to app menu. Enter “Add Money” section , then click “Direct Deposit”. Follow the instructions provided to set it up.

- $25000.00 per Deposit
- $50000.00 Max 30 day deposit limit
- $250,000.00 maximum account balance (per Day)
- How do I transfer money from my Lili account to another account?
You can only transfer money to a linked external account. Go to the app menu under the "Actions" section and click on “Send Money.”
- Can I make deposits at an ATM using my card?

- How do I find a fee-free ATM?
With your Lili card you can withdraw cash for free at over 32,000 ATMs across the US and Puerto Rico. Open the ATM locator in your app to find the one nearest to you. The ATM needs to be part of the MoneyPass network. For any ATM withdrawals outside of this network, there is a $2.50 fee. For any withdrawals outside of the United States, there is a $5 fee.
- Can I make wire transfers with Lili?
Unfortunately no, Lili is not set up for wire transfers.
- Can I get a checkbook for my Lili account?
Unfortunately no, we don’t offer checks at this time.
- What is Early Payment?
Thanks to our Early Payment feature, your money becomes available in your Lili account up to 2 days sooner than if you were banking with a traditional bank when you’re paid via direct deposit.
- How do I deposit a check into my Lili account?
Now that’s an easy one! In your Lili app, go to Menu / Add Money / Deposit Check. Enter the amount, then take pictures of the front and the back of your check. Make sure to place your check on a dark, solid background. And don’t forget to endorse it in the back. Your check will then be reviewed and your money will become available within 3-5 business days.
To be able to deposit a check, you must transfer in or receive at least $200 or more per calendar month and the account must be at least 30 days old in order to access check deposits.
