When will I receive my Lili Visa card? You will receive your Lili Visa debit card at the mailing address you provided generally within 10 business days.
Can I use my card internationally? Of course! You can use your card anywhere Visa is accepted.
What are the fees for using my card? There are no fees to use your Lili Visa debit card.
How do I activate my card? On your Lili App Home Screen click on the “Activate your Card” You’ll need to have your cards expiration date and CVV to activate the card. At this time you would also set a four digit PIN code.
Can I request an additional card for my account? Unfortunately no. We can only approve one card per account.
What are my spending and withdrawal limits? You can spend up to $3000 per day and withdraw from an ATM up to $500 a day, including ATM fees. On a monthly basis you can spend up to $15000 and withdraws up to $3000. We hope it’s enough!
Can I set up my Lili card for Apple Pay? Yes! To set up your card for Apple Pay, add the card to your Apple Wallet, and then call us at 855-545-4380
Do I get any rewards or benefits for using my Lili Visa debit card? Hold on tight! This feature is coming soon.
I lost my card, now what do I do? Block your card as soon as possible to avoid unauthorised transactions. You can block your card yourself in the Lili app. Just go to the menu "Card Actions" section and choose “Card lost or stolen” or give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.
I want to temporary freeze my card You can freeze your card at any time in the Lili app. Just go to the app menu "Card Actions" section and choose “Temporarily freeze my card”. If you later locate your card, you can unfreeze it within 48 hours from the time it was first frozen
How do I unfreeze my card? If less than 48 hours has passed since your card was frozen, just go to the app menu "Card Actions" section and chose “Unfreeze my card”.
How to see my card activity? You can see your last three transactions on the home screen. For your full transaction history just click on “Transactions”.
How do I set my card PIN? When you activate your card you will be asked to set your PIN. If you’d like to change your PIN, go the “Actions” menu, choose “Card Actions”, click “Change Pin” and follow the instructions.
How can I dispute a transaction? Give us a call during business hours, and we'll help walk you through the process.

How do I replace my card? It happens to all of us! Give us a call and we can get a new card shipped out to you. We don't charge for your first card replacement.
