- Is my Lili account FDIC insured?
Yes. All Lili accounts are FDIC insured by our sponsor bank, Choice Financial Group.
- Where can I find my routing and account numbers?
You can see that information at the top of the menu page after you're signed into the Lili app. Your account and routing number should be displayed under your name.
You can also find that info in the menu under "Add Money"
- What fees will I be charged for my Lili account?
At Lili there are no monthly fees, sign-up fees, or annual fees. Lili also doesn’t charge you for ATM withdrawal but you are responsible for ATM provider fees.
- Can I set up a joint account?
Unfortunately not yet. We will let you know when that feature becomes available.
- How do I change or update my personal information?
Just give us a call and we will help you make any changes.
- How do I contact the Lili team?
The answers to many of the frequently asked questions are available in the menu under “Help Center.” If you still have any questions, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call.
- What is my User ID?
Your User ID is your email address.
- I forgot my password
That happens! Go to the login screen and click the “forgot your password” link. You can also just give us a call and we’ll promptly reset your password.
- My phone number has changed
Please give us a call at 855-545-4380 for any account changes, and we'll be happy to help. Bear in mind that we can't change any information for an account less than 30 days old.
- I want to change my password
No problem. Simply log into the Lili app and go to "Settings." and then choose "Account Security."
- How do I manage push notifications?
Simply log into the Lili app and go to "Settings," then choose "Notifications."
- How do I close my Lili account?
We are sorry to hear that. Just give us a call and we can support the process.
- Where can I find my account statements?
You can easily access your statements in the app menu under the "Actions" section. Enter “Statements and Documents” and click “Statements.” You can review your statements by month and download them as well.
- How does Lili referral program work?
First, you have to share your personal referral code with your friends. To do that, go to the Main menu > “Invite and Earn” > choose contact > "Invite Friends" or tap here using your mobile phone.
Then, when your friend joins Lili using your code and receives a single qualifying direct deposit* of at least $250 within the first 45 days, both you and your friend will receive a $100 referral reward. You can receive a maximum of 10 referral rewards, so up to $1,000. The qualifying direct deposit must be from an employer/payroll provider or gig economy payer (such as market places, Uber, Lyft, etc.). Cash deposits, ACH, and instant transfers are not eligible. Note: Beginning February 20, 2022, Lili will pause its referral program to introduce improvements and provide you with a better experience.
Here is what you need to know:
- Referrals already in progress (your account has been opened but not yet credited) will be honored and eligible customers will receive a credit according to our terms and conditions.
- Any new account opened after February 20, 2022 will not be eligible for the referral rewards.
- How can I fund my account?
There are a lot of ways to move money into your account. You can set up a direct deposit or transfer money from another bank account (it’s called an ACH transfer). You can connect your account to Venmo, Paypal, CashApp to transfer money received via these platforms. And if you need to fund your account very quickly, you can transfer in a matter of seconds up to $100 from another debit card under your name with Debit Card Instant Transfer (Note: you can only use this transfer method once per month and only three times during the account's lifetime, so use it wisely!)
